Bishop of the Diocese of Chalan Kanoa, as the new Archbishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of
Agaña, Guam. The appointment was officially published on July 6, 2024 (12:00 noon CET Rome). The
Installation Mass will be held on August 15, 2024, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin
Mary, at the Dulce Nombre de Maria Cathedral-Basilica in Hagatna, Guam
