The Chancery compound housing the residence of the Archbishop of Agaña and offices of the Archdiocese of Agaña has monumental spiritual, historical, and cultural significance for the Catholic faithful of Guam and the island community in general. Distinguished for being the living quarters and headquarters of four of the first five bishops of the Catholic Church on Guam in the past 65 years, the importance of the Chancery to the people of Guam was especially elevated
